Dr. Andreas Uhlig has been Managing Director of ITI since 2000. He is mainly responsible for managing the product development including R&D. Besides, he is in charge of developing strategic partnerships and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the national Society of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics (GAMM).

Being one of the co-founders of ITI, Dr. Uhlig initially served as R&D manager. Prior to the work at ITI, he worked as an assistant professor and tutor at the Faculty of Informatics at the TU Dresden. Before his academic work Andreas Uhlig worked as software developer in the R&D department of a machine tool company with responsibility for CAE and information management systems. Andreas Uhlig attended the Technical University of Dresden, where he earned a master’s degree and PhD in mathematics with an emphasis on applied mathematics, computer science and simulation.

Jens O. Schindler has been Managing Director of ITI since 2000. In this position he is ITI's head of sales, marketing and engineering. He is responsible for the global sales, world-wide marketing organization, distributor channels and network.

Jens Schindler is a member of ASIM – the German Simulation Society.

Jens Schindler started his career at ITI in 1995 as International Sales Manager before he joined the ITI management board. Prior to his work at ITI, he worked as application, system and sales engineer for a leading consulting company in testing and measurement engineering. He attended Technical University of Dresden, where he graduated in Mechanical Engineering specialized in Applied Mechanics and Machine Dynamics in 1992.
