ITI expands One-Stop Solutions

In addition to the current One-Stop-Solutions ITI offers a new solution in the field of real-time solution/Hardware-in-the-Loop. The HiL Shifting Simulator is a worldwide unique shifting simulator for the comfortable design of gears. The system shows the shift process with inner and outer gear change right up a mechanical synchronization virtual in real-time. By means of an electronically controlled gearstick a realistically tangible and in the design process tunable shifting behaviour can be predetermined and via parameter variation exactly adjusted.

 

Already in 2009 the ITI-Hoerbiger-HiL-Schaltsimulator has been presented at the Vehicle Dynamics, the ITI Symposium and the 9th CTI Symposium; since that time the interest in this innovation within OEMs and Supplier especially in the automotive industry is huge.
